Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working with challenging behaviour.
- Advantage to have worked in a pastoral role.
- Experience of working with SEND pupils and ability to demonstrate an understanding of SEND requirements.
- Full enhanced DBS certificate.
- Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process.
- The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant.
- Working with challenging behaviour as a care or support worker would be ideal.
