About the role
Connex Education are supporting a mainstream primary school in Leeds in appointing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can be flexible to work across the school in different year groups.
About the school
The school is a two form entry school located in east Leeds and part of a multi academy trust. They promote respectful behaviour, whilst allowing children to grow in confidence and build their own self-esteem. As a Teaching Assistant, you will help the school promote their values of being an inclusive environment.
Assignment details
This role is a long-term assignment starting February (ASAP) 2026 until July 2026. It is a full-time position with the start times of 8.30-15.30 term time only.

Person Specification
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
- Hold previous experience of working with children and young people.
- Have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs.
