Connex Education are supporting a number of mainstream Secondary schools in Leeds in appointing STEM Teachers for a September 2026 start. Connex are a proud approved supply staffing supplier on the Leeds framework giving schools and candidates the piece of mind of compliance and fair service. Connex have also been awarded as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s RM6376 Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment framework.
We work with a number of Secondary Schools that require STEM Teachers on a longer term basis. Some roles are fixed for a period, and some have the opportunity to go permanent.
These roles are long term (up to 32.5 hours per week, term time only) on an ongoing basis. It can be covering a long term absence or a gap in the department for a permanent option.

Person Specification:
- Have experience of working in a classroom environment or similar setting.
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
- Have QTS.
