We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs, working closely alongside several Teaching Assistants to provide consistent and personalised support. The SEND Teacher will foster a structured, nurturing learning environment that promotes academic progress, social development, and emotional wellbeing. Collaboration with staff, families, and external professionals will be key to ensuring positive outcomes and helping each child reach their full potential.
This school is based in the Knowle area of Solihull, providing education for children from early years through to KS2. Role Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
- Previous experience working in a Primary School setting
- DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
- A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
- Commitment to the profession of working in Education
- Past 2 years’ worth of referencing
