About the Role
Connex Education is working with a fantastic Primary School in the Huyton area who are recruiting for a full-time teaching assistant to join their team. This role is primarily focusing on Read Write Inc phonics interventions in the school, so experience of RWI is essential in order to apply for this role. This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30, commencing ASAP.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant school experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Read Write Inc training/experience.
- The ability to adapt to different learning.
- Knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 national curriculum.
- Experience working with pupils with SEN desirable.
- It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
