This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, resilient and proactive practitioner who has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, supporting emotional regulation and promoting engagement in learning. You'll work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a safe, supportive and structured learning environment where pupils feel understood, encouraged and able to make progress.
We are looking for someone who can adapt their approach to meet individual needs, respond calmly and confidently to challenging situations, and recognise the importance of consistency, patience and positive behaviour support.
