An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Account Manager to join Connex Education in our new Yorkshire office based in Huddersfield, specialising in key accounts.

This unique role is working with our MSP team to fulfil vacancies across one key account.

The Role

As a key account manager, you will

  • Manage and grow key a key client account
  • Source, attract and place high-quality professionals across the account
  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative service to candidates
  • Drive revenue through recruiting the best possible specialists needed to fill incoming roles
  • Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings

Success in this role comes from genuinely caring about the service you provide and going above and beyond for candidates and the tenacity to find the right candidate for the incoming roles.

  • Ideally has previous experience in recruitment, resourcing and/or compliance
  • Understands the full 360 recruitment cycle process
