Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for education and safeguarding? Join Connex Education, a leading UK provider of staffing solutions for schools, nurseries, and colleges. We’re expanding and seeking a Resource Consultant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment. Initially the role will be working from home full time 5 days per week until we secure an office which will then move to 4 days in branch and 1 day working from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings
  • Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets

  • Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
