We’re expanding and seeking a Resource Consultant to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, flexible, and rewarding environment. The role will be working full time 5 days per week from our Huddersfield based office with the option to work 1 day from home.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and clear candidates for roles in education settings
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
