Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities within EYFS.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
- Encourage children’s curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children’s learning and development.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within an EYFS or primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years curriculum.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to different school environments.
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
