What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with young people in any setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence managing groups of students within a classroom environment.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
