Connex Education are looking Qualified English Teachers to work with schools throughout the Gateshead area.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons across key stages 3 and 4 to mixed ability groups.
- Mark and assess students whilst working in line with school and departmental policies.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
- Contribute positively to the English department and whole school initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills (QTLS) is essential.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 levels.
- Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
- A real passion for supporting students progress and achieve.
