£120–£160 per day (depending on experience) PAYE. September 2026 and beyond. Are you passionate about education, confident managing a classroom and ready to make a real difference in secondary schools across Cheltenham? Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for a variety of long‑term and short‑term placements starting from September 2026.

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons to classes of up to 30 secondary students.
  • Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
  • Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth learning.
  • Support students in the absence of their regular teacher.
  • Create a safe, productive, and inclusive classroom environment.
