Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for a variety of long‑term and short‑term placements starting from September 2026.
Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons to classes of up to 30 secondary students.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth learning.
- Support students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Create a safe, productive, and inclusive classroom environment.
