Connex Education is seeking flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable Secondary Teachers and NQT’s to join our team on a supply basis to support schools across Cardiff and surrounding areas from September 2026. We have various subject positions across the areas. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or newly qualified, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom and fill your working week.

Your role will include delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, contributing to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, and working closely with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management and subject knowledge, adaptability and a positive, can‑do attitude.
