What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A genuine passion for your subject and for raising student achievement
- High expectations of behaviour, progress, and outcomes for all learners
- Strong classroom practice, with a commitment to inclusive teaching
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to wider academy life
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcome to apply - full induction and mentoring provided

Successful candidates will be required to conduct an interview and complete a vetting process which includes 2 years of reference details, Enhanced Child Workforce DBS if you do not have one, you can get one through Connex Education at the cost of £60.
