About the Role

Connex Education is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants in primary schools across Bridgwater from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in education or looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of local primary school settings. We have a range of opportunities available, including flexible daily supply work, short-term placements, and longer-term assignments. Working in supportive school environments, you will help pupils engage in learning and contribute to their educational journey while developing your own skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks
  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage participation

  • Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
