About the role
As a School Supply Teacher, you will step into a vital role providing high-quality teaching and continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Youβll be expected to quickly establish rapport with students, deliver lessons across various year groups, and adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and flexibility. Key responsibilities include maintaining classroom behaviour, implementing effective teaching strategies, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Role Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
- Previous Experience working in Primary School settings
- DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
- Strong classroom management skills
- A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
- Commitment to the profession of working in Education
- Past 2 yearsβ worth of referencing
