You will lead SEND provision, manage EHCP reviews, and work with staff, families and external partners to ensure high-quality support for students with additional needs.
The ideal candidate holds QTS, NASENCO (or willingness to work towards it) and demonstrates strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to drive inclusive practice.
