We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Ofsted-rated Good primary academy in B20 1ND, serving approximately 380 pupils aged 2–11. The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teacher (QTS) seeking a long-term position for the full academic year, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver lessons independently
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to provide two recent professional references
