About the role

As a bank teacher, you will provide essential classroom cover across schools when permanent staff are absent or additional support is needed, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom experience for pupils. You will be expected to adapt quickly to different school environments, deliver pre‑planned lessons, and maintain effective classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Role Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
  • Previous Experience working in a Primary School settings
  • DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
  • Commitment to the profession of working in Education
