About the role
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will step into a vital role providing high-quality teaching and continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. You’ll be expected to quickly establish rapport with students, deliver lessons across various year groups, and adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and flexibility. Key responsibilities include maintaining classroom behaviour, implementing effective teaching strategies, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree.
