The predicted salary is between 20 - 20 £ per hour.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Primary School Lunchtime Manager to lead our lunchtime team and ensure a safe, positive and well-managed environment for all pupils during the lunch period.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will manage and support the team of Lunchtime Supervisors and oversee staff rotas. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of pupil behaviour, safety and wellbeing, ensuring appropriate supervision throughout the lunch period and responding to incidents in line with school policies.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the dining hall by preparing lunch sittings, monitoring pupil movement to and from the dining hall, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring first aid provision is available throughout lunchtime.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Education is essential.
  • Previous Leadership is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
