Connex Education is a leading provider of staffing and recruitment solutions for schools across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. Due to internal promotions and continued growth, we’re expanding our team and are currently seeking a full-time, motivated, and people-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join us as soon as possible!
This is a fast-paced, varied, and rewarding role that plays a key part in connecting talented educators with local schools. You’ll support our recruitment consultants in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Location & Hours
Based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, you’ll be part of a dynamic and ambitious team during an exciting time of growth. Hours: Successful candidate must be able to work between the hours of 7:15 – 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools.
- Conduct initial phone screens and arrange candidate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of teaching and support staff.
- Format and prepare CVs and candidate profiles for client submission.
- Assist consultants with matching candidates to vacancies.
- Conduct accurate reference checks and verify Right to Work documents.
- Support candidates through the DBS process in line with Safer Recruitment policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the database.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the recruitment process.
