Connex Education is looking for a strong and experienced qualified primary teacher for a mainstream primary school based in the Billingham area. This is a full-time during term time role and it is ongoing until the summer.
The primary school has a curriculum built around community, aspiration and opportunity. As a Primary Teacher you will be covering classrooms, PPA and also working with small groups.
For this role we need a qualified teacher with a minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in a primary setting. Along with this we need someone with strong behaviour management skills to be able to take control in the classroom. There are also opportunities for Primary Teachers with Connex for full-time and part-time work. We have work to suit those looking for 2-4 days per week or full-time work for either day-to-day, short-term or long-term cover.

Person Specification:
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Experience of teaching pupils in a primary school setting
- Be confident covering and teaching a full classroom
- Good knowledge of EYFS/KS1 or KS2 curriculum
- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
