Primary Teaching Assistants Needed! Bath £95 - £110 per day September 2026 Starts Connex Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of thriving academies and maintained primary schools in Bath. We are working exclusively with a large and highly respected Multi-Academy Trust that supports a wide network of schools across the South West. The Trust is recognised for its inclusive values, strong community focus, supportive leadership and commitment to nurturing both pupils and staff. Many of the schools have strong links to their local communities and place a high emphasis on wellbeing, collaboration, and high-quality teaching and learning.

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals who can make a positive impact in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms, plus those with experience supporting children with SEND! Roles can vary to suit your needs, with flexible day-to-day, part-time and full-time long-term opportunities available.

The Role

  • Support teaching and learning across primary age groups
  • Work flexibly across a network of supportive academies and maintained primary schools in Wiltshire
  • Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
  • Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions where required
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt confidently to different classroom settings
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

  • Experience working within UK primary schools or with children in an educational setting
