Connex Education are excited to be working exclusively with a well-established Multi Academy Trust seeking enthusiastic ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers to join their welcoming school teams from September 2026. We have opportunities available across several supportive primary schools in Bath and the surrounding areas, with placements ranging from short-term assignments through to full academic year roles until July 2027. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Differentiating learning to support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and positive behaviour
  • Use creative and interactive teaching approaches to make learning enjoyable and accessible
  • Assess, mark and provide constructive feedback to support pupil progress and attainment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, although strong primary teaching experience will also be considered
  • A passionate and engaging teaching style
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education
