Your Role Will Include:
- Leading lessons using work that has been prepared by teaching staff.

- Supporting students to remain on task and meet lesson objectives.
- Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.

We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have experience working with young people, either in education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or similar settings.
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
- Are confident leading groups of students in a classroom environment.
- Can adapt quickly and build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.
