I am working with a specialist school in Chester, who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join their team on a full time basis- working Monday – Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm.

The school cater for students aged between 4 and 19,and each student has a designated 1:1 Teaching Asssitant. Equipped with state of the art facitilies, including a working kitchen, out door play equipement and sensory rooms on site, all staff strive to promote as much independence as possible. Teaching Assistants are required to support students both inside and outside of the classroom throughout the day, although remaining in the classroom is encouraged, students may leave if they feel the need too. The school need a Teaching Assistant who is hard-working, resilient and is passionate about SEND.

The school is looking for a TA to start as soon as possible, and I will be looking to speak with applicants as soon as possible. This is a long term role, with the possibility of continuing throughout the academic year.
