Candidate Requirements:
- Having GCSE grade C or above at Maths and English or equivalent.
- Experience of working with SEND pupils and ability to demonstrate an understanding of SEND requirements or worked in care with vulnerable adults or challenging behaviour.
- Have a good understanding of positive behaviour support and how to regulate behaviours which may challenge.
- Full enhanced DBS certificate.
- Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process.
- The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant.
