Are you a Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant or Support Worker looking for a rewarding role working with young people?
We are currently recruiting for Behaviour Mentors and Youth Workers to support students across SEMH settings in the Walsall area.
The role:

Supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
-
Working with students who may display challenging behaviour
-
Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
-
Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement
-
Helping students overcome barriers to learning
-
Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
-
Providing consistent, calm and positive support throughout the school day
We are looking for someone who is:
-
Resilient, patient and confident managing challenging behaviour
-
Passionate about supporting young people
-
Able to build strong relationships with students
-
Calm and consistent in their approach
-
Experienced working with children or young people in education, care, youth work or support settings
Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Sports Coach or similar would be beneficial.
