About the Role / Setting

You will deliver engaging, curriculum-led lessons while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment. The role involves supporting pupils' academic, social, and personal development within a primary setting across Sheffield.

The schools are part of a Multi-Academy Trust that is committed to high standards and inclusive practice. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families to help pupils thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development.
  • Support pupils' academic progress, wellbeing, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents or carers.
  • Use assessment information to inform planning and next steps for learning.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience working within a UK primary school setting, ideally across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Knowledge of the primary National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
