About the Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll help lay the foundations for children’s future learning by creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where they can develop confidence, independence and curiosity.

You’ll support children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities, encourage positive relationships and help every child feel included and valued.

Our partner schools offer opportunities to work with different teams and within a range of learning environments. For longer-term placements, you’ll take on the full responsibilities of the classroom teacher, helping maintain continuity and supporting children’s progress over time.

Depending on the assignment, your duties will include:

  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development.

  • Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.

  • Observing children, assessing their development and monitoring progress.

  • Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment.

  • Taking full responsibility for the classroom during longer-term placements.

To be considered for these opportunities, you’ll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage in a UK primary school.

All candidates must also have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to complete the necessary pre-employment, safeguarding and safer recruitment checks.
