Connex Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a mainstream primary school in Runcorn this November!

What’s the role?
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream primary school.
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
- Helping pupils engage in lessons, build confidence and reach their potential.
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging independence, positive behaviour and social development.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous SEN experience is essential!
- Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting.
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
- Someone who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
