Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, graduate, or someone with experience working with young people?
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Day-to-Day Cover Supervisors to work across schools within the Redhill Academy Trust in the Nottingham area.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supervise secondary-aged students across a range of subjects
- Maintain a calm, positive and purposeful classroom environment
- Support students to remain focused and engaged
- Manage behaviour in line with school expectations
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Help ensure continuity of learning throughout the school day
