Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a varied and rewarding role in a vibrant local primary school?
We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a team in Davenham. You’ll have the opportunity to work across two year groups, providing quality teaching and learning experiences through cover and support work.
About the role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities across year 4 and 5.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Support pupils' learning and development across the curriculum
- Work flexibly across different key stages and year groups
What we're looking for:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience teaching/leading learning across primary age range
- Strong classroom management skills
- Confident delivering lessons across different subjects and key stages
- Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
- Good understanding of the primary curriculum
