Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant with a heavy emphasis on behaviour management.

About the role

As an SEN & Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you’ll help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

You could be supporting pupils with:

  • Emotional regulation and wellbeing
  • Communication and social interaction
  • Positive behaviour and engagement
  • Accessing learning and developing independence
  • Building positive relationships
  • Managing challenges and developing coping strategies

Experience in SEN, SEMH, behaviour support, youth work, care or education would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and genuine commitment to supporting young people are equally important.
