Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: NG24
Duration: Initially until Christmas with chance of extension.
Hours: Full time, 8:30am-3:30pm
This is quite a mixed role, working with Nursery and Reception in both 1:1 and group settings.

Person Specification
- Ideally A L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification and/or exceptional relatable experience of working as a Teaching Assistant. Candidates without this will still be considered provided they have good experience with Early Years.
- Experience of working as a teaching Assistantin a British curriculum school for a minimum of two terms.
- Full enhanced DBS certificate.
- Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process.
- The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong rapport building skills, with pupils and with co-workers.
- A minimum of 2 school based references
