Connex Education Partnership is seeking a MAPA trained Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for learners in the Rubery/Harborne area. You will work with pupils who may have SEND/SEMH needs, using MAPA strategies and de-escalation techniques to create a safe, supportive learning environment.
This is a part-time position with two-hour sessions, typically Tue-Wed, minimum three days per week, with potential for additional hours.
