The Opportunity
Would you like to support the growth of a respected brand and build something where you are in control of your own career progression and development? We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader or Manager to join our team remotely, focusing on schools in and around Newcastle upon Tyne with the opportunity to build a presence within a new area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing strong relationships with schools and candidates across Tyne & Wear.
- Matching the right educators to the right roles with care and efficiency.
- Working independently while being supported by a national team and resources.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience and track record in education recruitment of senior consultant or above.
- Strong knowledge of the North East education market within your chosen sector.
