Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- Recent teaching experience, placements, or strong subject knowledge within primary school settings
- Good understanding of the primary curriculum, assessment, and effective classroom practice
- A calm, positive approach to behaviour management and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and school teams
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a flexible approach to working across different school settings
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
