Connex Education is working in partnership with schools across the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers for opportunities starting in September 2026. We have a range of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term supply opportunities available, making this ideal for teachers who want flexibility, variety, or a route into regular work with local primary schools.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- Recent teaching experience, placements, or strong subject knowledge within primary school settings
- A calm, positive approach to behaviour management and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and school teams
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a flexible approach to working across different school settings
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
