As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring students remain focused on their work and maintaining a positive learning environment throughout the school day.
Your Role Will Include
- Leading lessons using work that has been prepared by teaching staff.
- Monitoring student engagement and encouraging participation in learning activities.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
- Supporting students to remain on task and meet lesson objectives.
- Following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
