We are working exclusively with a large and highly respected Multi-Academy Trust (BWMAT) that supports a wide network of schools across North Somerset. This is a brilliant opportunity for enthusiastic ECTs who are looking to begin their teaching career in supportive school settings that place a strong emphasis on creativity, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing.

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Adapt learning activities to support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all pupils
• Mark work, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback to support pupil achievement
• Build positive working relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to promote learning and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or working towards QTS as an Early Career Teacher
• A passionate and engaging teaching style
• Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education
