About the Role
Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Taunton? Connex Education is working in partnership with schools across the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teachers for opportunities starting in September 2026. We have a range of supply and long-term opportunities available, making this ideal for teachers who want consistency, flexibility, or a route into regular work with local schools. Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- Recent teaching experience or placements within Key Stage 1 settings
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- A positive approach to behaviour management and creating an engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
- Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex Education
