We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist educational setting that supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, engagement and social development. You will play a key role in helping students access education, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Building strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
