The Role
Our Home Tuition team is looking for a passionate and resilient SEN Tutor with a genuine commitment to supporting young people who face barriers to education. You will provide personalised, one-to-one tuition and mentoring support to pupils in the Birmingham area who are currently unable to access mainstream education. The pupils you will support have SEN and may have experienced school avoidance, anxiety, behavioural challenges, trauma, or disrupted educational journeys. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to build positive relationships that encourage engagement and progress. This role ideally requires Monday to Friday availability, though a minimum of three days a week is required.
