About the role
As a full-time KS1 teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils as they settle into the new academic year. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, establish positive classroom routines, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and personal development. The role involves assessing progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs, and working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure all pupils achieve their potential. You will promote positive behaviour in line with school policies and contribute to a successful and rewarding Key Stage 1 experience for all learners.
