Connex Education are seeking a proactive and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with high levels of ASD. This role requires someone confident working with SEN pupils who can build a strong rapport to maintain focus and engagement, while supporting the pupil to catch up academically. The pupil benefits from regular rest periods and responds particularly well to active breaks, including outdoor activities such as football. The successful candidate should be patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact, acting as a strong role model within the school setting.
