Connex Education is seeking to appoint a Psychology Teacher who brings strong subject knowledge and passion for inspiring students while also demonstrating patience, resilience, and compassion that are central to our school ethos. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons across KS4, KS5, tailored to small groups and individual needs.
  • Differentiating teaching to support students with social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN).
  • Create a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour.
  • Use creative and practical approaches to make Science meaningful and enjoyable.
  • Assess, mark, and provide regular feedback to track and improve student progress.
