Following internal promotions and continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing team. This opportunity is suited to someone who already has proven experience within recruitment or education staffing and is confident managing candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting senior consultants by sourcing high-quality teaching and support staff, managing compliance processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact through to placement. Based in Birmingham City Centre, you will join an ambitious, supportive team during an exciting phase of expansion.

Working Hours: Candidates must be available to work between 7:15am – 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.
  • Conduct in-depth screening calls and competency-based interviews.
  • Build, manage and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of teaching and support staff.
  • Format, quality-check and prepare professional CV profiles for client submission.
  • Work closely with consultants to strategically match candidates to suitable vacancies.
  • Carry out thorough reference checks and Right to Work verifications.
  • Manage compliance processes including DBS applications in line with Safer Recruitment standards.
  • Accurately maintain CRM/database records ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Support wider team performance targets and contribute to overall branch growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within recruitment (agency recruitment preferred).
  • Track record of working to KPIs or performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and safeguarding processes (desirable).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
